We nominate Chef Henriques as one of our favorite people in the industry. Not just because of his extraordinary culinary skills, but because he's an octopus wrangler as well. Talk about hidden talents right? Using only daily fresh caught seafood, you've got to try the Ahi Poke with Limu Seaweed when here. Or, keep it simple with any one of the thirty unique poke recipes found here. Smoked Octopus is also a terrific choice and a crowd favorite. This hold-in-the-wall style deli restaurant is not to be passed up when visiting the islands. One aspect we love is that they keep it traditional here by serving and preparing everything in old-school "Island Style".
