Their signature Tavern Tots with in-house dipping sauce are addictive in addition to the famous Pork Rinds. On top of that, their 15-day-brined Pastrami Bombshell "Sammich" rules the day, any day. The Highland Tavern in Denver opened up for business back in 2006 on a chilly October morning. It's become that neighborhood type restaurant bar that everyone knows and treats like home.
