Like the name of the place clearly points out, this diner is made for one thing.. which is BBQ! And trust us when we tell you that they do it remarkably well. Just like in Hawaii, they roast an entire Pig and make it special with their secret signature sauces. Enjoy Ribs, Pulled Pork and more barbecue classics that will always please you in every way. Nolensville has always been one of our favorite cities across the USA and without question, when we eat we eat at Martin's! A homey style dining room that gives a picnic style vibe that is always lively with plenty of chatter, smiles and of course delicious scents of freshly prepared BBQ. Again, the pit is the highly as it handles an entire pig roasting.. but as we've mentioned each item here is truly magnificent. These folks have ten locations nationwide as of now which include half in the great state of Tennessee. Technique is everything at this spot and we agree that is the key to perfect BBQ. It takes time and slow methods to truly bring out the rich flavors, crispy exterior and juicy interior of the meats. Also, the scratch-made sides are always a hit and truly complement each and every meat entree. The staff is pretty relaxed and give out great advice if you need to pick something amazing. Also, the draft beers and fresh ciders are prefect to wash it all down. Seriously, friends, don't pass up this spot when you need some amazing BBQ!
