skills to make a success over here. In this case, it was Alberto's Cuban grandmothers recipes that allow you to have items such
as their mouthwatering Slow-Roasted Pork and the every popular Fricase de Pollo. Over the years they have expanded to three
locations in Illinois including Logan Square, Roscoe Village and the downtown River West spot. The dream began in 1980 where
the Gonzalez family came over to American and the rest is history. Of course, with dedication, passion and thriving to give
back to the local community, it's a success story we love to see. Some other amazing favorites here include their Croquetas,
