The history in the few short years of this establishment really show the growth and progress. Originally a simple pub, the owners have
added a full pizza pie bar in addition to some amazing sweets and dessert in their biscuit corner. So, we'll have to recommend their
Pizza which is New York thin style with some creative toppings of your choice. Also try the 12 hour smoked pulled pork Elmer Biscuit
Sandwiches which are always a crowd favorite. At the Atomic Cowboy, you have the Denver Biscuit Company and Fat Sully's. With a fast
expansion over the years, they now have seven spots in the state of Colorado and also two in Kansas City. From the year 2004, they like
to claim they are all about "Creating and Curing Hangovers", we tend to agree in both scenarios. If you're a bit confused about the
Atomic Cowboy concept, just look at it as a wonderful foodie mashup of drinks, foods, experiences, ideas and culinary flavors from
breakfast too midnight and everything in between. It truly is the best of all worlds and we highly recommend a visit for everyone in
their lifetimes. Best of all, the company and service are always top notch which is essential to a memorable and worthwhile dining
experience.
