So as usual, one of the standouts about this place which got our attention before we even decided to step inside was that it was locally owned
and operated. This is key when seeking out an eatery which provides an incredible menu in addition to incredible, thoughtfully and welcoming
service. The owner Audrey, took a visit to Italy and while there, she developed her love and passion for the art of cuisine. Especially, the
art of pizza making. With a culinary school education, this was a clear path for her to take and we're all so grateful for her decisions!
As you may expect, only the best ingredients of the highest quality are used with each pie. And more importantly, it's about a careful balance
on each slice that will make you remember each bite for a lifetime. This place is also famous for their crust which is perfected over a three
day period. You'll never think about pizza the same way again, it's truly that remarkable here.
