We really do love this eatery and would recommend the Fish Hash which originated over 90 years ago - a hush hush family recipe we can't crack. Perhaps, start your dining with the Oysters Rockefeller which always makes a great appetizer. This longtime local legend has been serving up Classic American diner-style meals with a speciality with seafood. They also have a full service bar that we always stop at first when here. The one and only Beach Pub in Virginia Beach has been the place to be for nearly 4 decades, going strong each day. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner - the Beach Pub has you covered. To put it quite simply, when you come here, do expect authentic traditional southern hospitality, fresh fried food and reasonable prices that we all appreciate. Some other highlights here include the Fried Oysters, Soft Shell Crab Sandwich, classic Fish n Chips, or for a chance, the Shrimp n Fish and such. Keep in mind that the portions here are large, and we mean that. Perhaps consider ordering a few items of the menu and sharing with your guests. That way you can chomp on a bit of everything, to get the best of everything. Finally, we must again reiterate that the service here is by far some of the best we've ever experience in our decades of travel as foodies.. it's so memorable it almost outshines the food!
