We love food trucks, especially the Big Wave Shrimp Truck in Hawaii. Something exciting and unique about traveling restaurants
as they have their own style and flavors. It's always a nice surprise to try something new from a mobile kitchen. Everything is
always prepared fresh for the day, starting early each morning for the freshest of catch and local ingredients. Menu items such
as the Coconut Shrimp, Korean BBQ Short Ribs and Lemon Pepper Shrimp will blow you away and that's just a tiny sample of what's
in store at the Big Wave Shrimp Truck. They also provide a few outdoor picnic tables for you to enjoy your Shrimp so no need to
rush back to your car or hotel to eat the fresh goodness. Serving Hawaii since 2005, they are nearly at their second decade of
service and continue to gain ground. The laid-back ambience set by famed Chef Kawita is another reason this place is such a
tremendous success. No stress, no rush, just come enjoy a fresh delicious meal under the Hawaiian sun - what else could you truly
ask for right? While the menu is mainly consisting of Shrimp dishes, they also serve out some slammin Calamari, warm rice, fresh
slices of pineapple, salad and more. Seriously, this place is not to be passed up if you are anywhere nearby, trust us on that.
