Blue Koi in Kansas City featured with Guy Fieri on #DDD is without question an amazing place which is run by two sisters - Mindi and Jane Chang. With as much personality as their delicious meals have, it's a treat to see them in action in the Blue Koi kitchen that is always putting out incredible foodie creations. Interestingly enough, the sisters share the same birthday, on different years however. When you come to dine at Blue Koi, you'll find traditional Chinese meals with an exciting twist - which is a game changer for the culinary world. At Blue Koi, the entire menu is off the hook, however from our memory you must try their two top sellers. First, the one and only Chili Pepper Wontons, which are pan fried to perfection. And second, their Firebird Chicken served on housemade Noodles. In our mind, this is easily the best spot in Kansas City to find delicious smoky Asian BBQ with a twist of comfort that everyone appreciates. We don't have to tell you that when it comes to Noodles and Dumplings, nothing comes close to this spot. Plenty of amazing places to eat while in Missouri, but without question this place must be on your to-do list.
