About BLUE PAN PIZZA
A fantastic pizzeria that has many Italian specialties in a casual, airy atmosphere that we're pleased to
recommend to you all. One aspect which may surprise and and it certainly did us when we originally arrived,
their Detroit-style pizza! Award winning and truly delicious, it's a slice you gotta try when you get here.
This is also where the name Blue Pan comes from, because the Detroit-style pizzas are actually prepared in
them. What sets this pizza style apart from the norm, New-York, Chicago or such is that they caramelize the
crust with an assortment of specific cheeses used in the process. It's easily one of our favorite styles,
but there are plenty of other choices to choose from as well including the mentioned New York, Chicago and
Classic styles too. Best of all, they will also prepare a gluten free pizza as well. Since 2011, these folks
have been winning awards each and every year, so you can rest assured that these guys are true professionals
and you won't be disappointed. These folks are serious about pizza and whether it's the heat, crust, ingredients
final presentation or that first crunch.. all perfect with years of experience and passion for food. Plus,
