It is with pleasure we can introduce to you to the dream which Zdenek Srom in 2013 had and made a reality in the form of the one and only
Bohemian Biergarten! It's exciting to experience an authentic European gastropub in the heart of Colorado. What adds to this amazing pub
is the building which it is housed in. The history, age, vaulted ceilings and more dating back to the early 1900's. The menu here is a
great combination of traditional Czech, German, Polish and Austrian cuisine. And of course, they carry a full array of classic European
beers imported from the source. Service here is amazing, the atmosphere takes you to a different land and the complete experience is one
which you'll surely want to repeat. Lots of goodies to try here including their Big Pretzels with Cheese dip, Haus Sausage Plate, Fried
Perogies, Gnocchi, Jager Schnitzel, Fish and Chips, Deviled Eggs and plenty more. Without hesitation, the Bohemian Biergarten is not to
be missed when you're in Boulder.
