Brindle Room is extremely popular in the East Village of the one and only NYC. It has
been featured on several shows and networks including recent airing with Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and for good reason, it's truly
an amazing local gastropub. Chef Jeremy Spector of Brindle Room has truly perfected the staple Burger in every sense of the word. It's
just on another level that cannot be matched as far as we're concerned throughout our many visits. Never again will you have a fast
food style Hamburger once you've had a bite of the one at Brindle Room. As mentioned earlier, the famous Burger here is what attracts
the daily crowds; perfectly done with the right amount of juices, flavors, crunch and magic in every bite. One of our other favorites
at Brindle Room when we visit each year includes their Duck Confit Poutine. In addition, the made-from-scratch Kale Salad, Beef Tartar
freshly brewed coffee blends and truly much more. Each time Guy Fieri visits a genuine neighborhood spot, we're there as soon as we
find out as it's a favorite genre of restaurants. A cozy and inviting atmosphere here include genuine kind service and fair pricing.
