About BUNKER (BUN-KER) VIETNAMESE
Bunker Vietnamese is simply an unusual restaurant surrounded by loading docks and
such in this industrial park out of New York state. However, trust us when we tell you Bunker Vietnamese is well worth the trip
many times over. Bunker Vietnamese truly understand how to serve up authentic Vietnamese-style foods that will have you talking
for days and days afterwards. Bunker Vietnamese is housed in a casual setting with concrete flooring and just a unique and
inviting charm which you won't find too often these days anywhere else. The most amazing dish you'll find at Bunker Vietnamese
in our honest opinion is the homemade Crispy Crepe and Banh Xeo with traditional Nuoc Cham sauce. But there is so much more such
as the Green Curry, Coconut Braised Pork Ribs, Bo Luc Lac and a refreshing and genuine assortment of Vietnamese Iced Coffees.
As we need to report however, we must share the sad news that Bunker Vietnamese has closed it's doors. Mid 2022, they thanked
everyone for the many years of heartfelt support, but the time had come to end their venture. Truly a sad case as it's quite
rare for restaurants appearing on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and full approval from the man Guy Fieri himself to close down.
We'll keep you all posted if it does decide to re-appear or anything similar comes up.
