Named after the Chef that created this food truck concept, you're in for a real treat when you pay it a visit when you arrive yourselves. Always on the move but well worth the effort to find her, especially when you sink your teeth in to the Chimichurri Beef Tacos. Or perhaps, just skip right to the homemade dessert specialty here with the fresh Mango Pie by the slice. Self described as creating Global Tacos and specializing in both sweet and savory style Pies, we highly recommend this spot when you happen to be island hoping in Hawaii. This amazing food truck however in recent years have closed their doors forever. It is always with a sad heart that we need to report these Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives closures but nothing really does last forever. If you were one of the thousands of fortunate customers at Camille's on Wheels in Kailua, then you are some of the lucky few to experience the amazing service and delicious foods once offered here. In addition to serving fresh Tacos and Pies from here Food Truck, Camille also had a thriving catering service on the islands which hosted countless of parties, events and many weddings. Some highlights here were their Thai Pork Tacos, Mahi Tacos with Rice and Beans, Meatloaf and of course the plenty of rotating homemade Pies.
