Citrus and Sago is the brainchild of the one and only Executive Chef and Owner, Paul Liew. He is originally from Malaysia which really is a giant melting pot of so many flavors which include European, Cantonese, South Indian, Asian and Malay. With his early experience in traditional Malaysian dishes, he always used fresh and local ingredients including meats, spices and local produce. Only the freshest and tastiest of ingredients to create dishes you'll fall in love with. When Paul moved to the USA, he began to unleash his skills which first began to flourish in his first restaurant, Straits of Malacca. Currently, he is displaying his culinary magic under the Citrus and Sago roof. Everything here is prepared fresh to order each day. It's all about creating an atmosphere which brings people together to enjoy amazing foods with incredible customer service and ambience.
