For a tiny space, it packs a huge punch with regards to the amazing foods they offer. They are called Colossal for a reason as they really don't skimp out on the portions or ingredients. A good start is the Apple, Walnut & Brie Pancakes for breakfast, but don't leave without the Meatloaf Sandwich if you need something more lunch worthy. In a sense, a basic eatery that puts the focus on quality and fresh ingredients to put together homestyle meals that are the definition of comfort foods. We do have to make a slight update to our original listing as that locations is no longer in service. However, you are still in luck as they have two spots open in St. Paul. There is so much here on the menu that you will have an easy time finding childhood favorites along with new additions to keep things fun. One thing these folks have become famous with are their incredible scones which they rotate each day. Each day of the week, they will have both a sweet and also a savory option to choose from. Some of our favorite scones found here include their White Chocolate Chai, Candied Ginger, Blue Cheese Spinach Scallion and our most recent bite, the Jalapeno Pepper Jack scone! One thins is for sure, you always get your moneys worth at this spot, because as we've mentioned earlier.. the portion sizes here truly are colossal. The coffee here is also terrific and bottomless. Service here is great and quick.. as the lineups tend to stretch in the mornings on the weekends. Superb!
