About COOSH'S BAYOU ROUGE
Coosh's Bayou Rouge has been around since 2001 and it's no wonder it has been recently visited by the
prestigious Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives crew. It's without question one of the best Cajun style eateries which we've had the pleasure to visit in
the city of Tallahassee in Florida. Coosh's Bayou Rouge was started up by Durand (who's nickname is Coosh) and his wife Margaret. Achieving their
lifelong dream of bringing authentic Louisiana food to Tallahassee along with the culture and joy the South brings with. It's a family run spot
with their three kids Sydney, Sloan and Logan helping to make Coosh's Bayou Rouge the tremendous success it is to this day. So many amazing items
to choose from here including their Fried Catfish, Crawfish Etouffee, Red Beans and Rice, Jambalaya, Shrimp Pasta, Shrimp Po Boy, Hush Puppies,
Cajun Chicken Club, Fried Seafood Platter, Alligator, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo and a huge assortment of delicious in-house Cakes. Tremendous service
with large portions and an atmosphere that will bring you coming back.
