Over the years we've had the pleasure to share with our readers over a dozen amazing Polish spots to visit across the globe. Well,
it's with our sincere pleasure that we can suggest yet another location by the name of Cracovia Polish-American nestled in the
city of Westminster in the state of Colorado. As you may have already guessed, this Polish restaurant and bar is a family-run
establishment so you can expect all of the warm and welcoming experience the Polish Culture has to offer. The home-cooked meal
feel is alive and well here and it's something that truly sets Cracovia Polish-American apart from the rest. The doors here opened
in 2008 with Lester and Maria Rodzen whom both escaped the horrors of Communism many years ago. They came to the USA with a dream,
hard work and determination. The success of this spot is a testament of their passion and love of the Polish food and culture. It's
truly a hidden gem and privilege to experience this spot each time. Many good choices here include their made-from-scratch Pierogi,
Smoked Kielbasa, Infused Vodka selections, Bigos, Cabbage Rolls, Schabowy and of course Kremowka for dessert. Visit them when in
the Westminster area.
