Watch episode 'Soup and Sandwiches' in season 11
Locations Guy Fieri visits in the USA - Places to eat comfort home-style, healthy, gourmet & fast food meals!
What else but the one and only, famous Dad's Burger! There really is nothing like it and you'll have a hard time restraining yourself from just
one. It's the classic Bacon and Blue Cheese Burger that is eight-ounces of goodness. Finish up with the Avocado with the Hot Blonde Sandwich and
that's only the beginning of their story. When you come to Dad's Kitchen in Sacramento, you're in for one heck of a ride with amazing tavern style
grub that is rooted with comfort and homestyle recipes. It's really a great hangout, easily the coolest spot in town especially considering they
have several arcade games as well to play. They have opened a second location since our visit here, which is located at 8928 Sunset Ave. at Fair
Oaks. A nice selection of beers as well, which we are eager to get our hands on. Walking in, you will feel right at home and the experience just
gets better from that first moment on. Seating outdoors is a huge plus, and for those that appreciate the Californian weather, it's the best place
to be to enjoy a nice meal or drink under the Cali skies. Ingredients also matter here, where items such as hormone free chickens, grass fed beef
and organic vegetables make it not just fresh but a healthier choice. It's great little hole in the wall locations such as this that give us hope
that places do care about food, customers and overall value without selling out. Also, if you're a burger enthusiast, this has your name written
all over it. Come enjoy, don't pass it up.
