When you're in New York City and looking for a great bite to eat then head down to the East Village district and make your way in to Ducks Eatery. Ducks Eatery out of NYC opened up for business back in 2012 with tremendous success right from the start. Ducks Eatery is created and run by the Horowitz, where both of their families have been in the cooking and chef business for generations. With an authentic Nepal inspiration to the dishes at Ducks Eatery, you can experience creative and delicious Fusion dishes that are leading the way with creativity, innovation and flavors in the Big Apple culinary scene. While at Ducks Eatery, there are so many amazing meals to be had here. From our most recent visits, one of the must-eat items in our opinion is the marinated, smoked and roasted Goat Neck. Put all judgement aside and give this delicacy a try. Also, check out the Whole Chicken Wings made with a secret overnight marinade recipe that has been passed down by many generations. It's impressively massive in proportions and topped off with tasty Jerk sauce. Last but not least, the Ducks Eatery Brisket Sandwich is a crowd favorite and finger licking good. Don't miss out on their complete menu which includes a popular brunch assortment and a very happy hour that includes affordable specials. Update: with sadness, we must report that Ducks Eatery has closed it's doors in November of 2020. Julie and Will Horowitz had run this spot with success for nearly a decade and nothing has popped up to replace the massive void their exit left.
