and of course, salt. Truly your go-to spot for savour and sweet delights that will put a smile on everyone and of all
ages. As you've imagined, everything is made fresh each early morning for service of the day. Local ingredients and
recipes that have been passed down from generations. Famous for their French technique pastries, they've evolved to
so many different levels and angles that a true Bakery should possess. They also make sure to experiment new and
exciting items so that you can always come for something new or stick with your all time favorites. Lots of goodies
here but we highlight some of our faves such as their Breakfast Sandwich on Brioche with Cheese and Sausage, Caramel
Oat Milk Latte, Cat Head Biscuit, Berliner, Boston Cream, Maple Bacon and literally all of their Donuts and Pastries.
