week - fresh and providing everything a true European spot would overseas. They specialize in all types of homemade Sausage, providing well over 100 varieties
from our last visit. Do keep in mind, all the menu and store items you'll find here are made in-house, which means quality and freshness guaranteed. Lots of
amazing options here, but as a quick suggestion which comes to mind, do try the Wine Cured Salami, Bologna or Schweinebauch. These folks have also mastered
the culinary art of housemade Charcuterie. The Edelweiss Sausage Delicatessen in Portland is to this day a family run business which keeps it true to it's
