Guy stopped by the famed Fehrenbacher's Meats & Eats in Gainesville in early 2025 and we followed suit
shortly thereafter. These folks got their start as a small start up at a farmers market, but over time became the neighborhood staple it is today.
Considering they opened up just a few short years ago in 2016 and survived throughout the lockdown's, their determination and hard work shines bright.
Owner Adam Fehrenbacher has extensive experience in sausage making passed down in his circle. Slowly, his skill expanded to all sorts of meats and
cheeses. A Deli/Butcher shop on one hand which also serves up freshly prepared meals that you'll love, a unique and delicious experience. Lots of
goodies here including their unlimited varieties of Sausages, Charcuterie Boards, Reuben Sandwiches, Smoked Sausage, Ham and Turkey Club Sandwich
and the most recent in our visit the delicious Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese.
