These folks have been around since 1921.. just kidding.. since 2005! But even in that shorter period of time, they have
managed to truly transform the dining atmosphere in the city of Atlantic Beach in the amazing state of North Carolina.
As the name clearly points out, it's a restaurant, bar and a truly dependably catering service for the nearby areas as
well. This truly is the locals favorite but all visitors are welcome to see just how well they have it. The magic and
success lies within the skills of Chef Floyd Olmstead, for which the establishment is named for. As he likes to reference,
it's all about imagination, creativity and personalization that makes the menu here stand out well above the rest. The
service, value and atmosphere here are all above the grade and the food is memorable from the first to last bite. Some
exciting menu items here include their Filet, Thai Shrimp Burger, Whipped Potatoes, Redneck Egg Rolls, Oyster Platter,
Pecan Pie, Blackened Grouper, Shrimp and Grits or their Steak with Mushroom and Truffle Oil. Honestly.. a great Southern
