visiting the sunny state of California. When you're done with your tasty meal here, the beach is simply a few minutes away by foot. These guys specialize with organic
ingredients for the freshest and truly tastiest Tacos we've come around in years of travelling the globe. When here, you should try the very popular, local favorite
Cousteau Taco which is made with the the days fresh catch. As we've mentioned, due to the sunny weather of Encinitas, take advantage of their outdoor seating as well
if you can. While many Mexican eateries are scattered around, this one we feel brings a genuine chill vibe and authenticity that is unparalleled. For many years since
they've opened up back in 2011, they've had lines up and down the street for their Tacos. Other menu items which come to mind here include their Azul Taco, Mahi Taco,
Shrimp Tacos and more. Good selection of drinks including beer from the tap. Plus, very welcoming for Vegan and Vegetarian palettes as well. Check them out ASAP.
