Perhaps our favorite food truck to visit in the state of Hawaii and we always quite eager to let you in on this secret hot spot. It all comes down to the people who start and run these truck and in this case, it's the one and only local, Jeremy Burwell. What makes this place unique is that Jeremy, gets up each day and catches the fresh fish that he'll serve out that day. It's that extra touch and effort which proves that he believes in the highest quality of food as well as service and stands by it. Poke bowls here are an amazing hit, and the many exciting fresh variations take it to the next level of perfection. Everything here is fresh and as we've hinted at earlier, ingredients are local and everything is prepared fresh each day to serve. It really is all about the flavors here which are unmatched anywhere else in the world, in our eyes. Service here is always fast and friendly which is great considering it's all prepared in front of your eyes. When in Hawaii, poke is everything but great poke is hard to come across. That is why we strongly urge you to visit here and have a dining experience you soon won't forget. Price is fair, especially considering the freshness and very generous portion sizes. We love this place and you will too, make it a pit stop for sure.
