A great little cafe that is not like any other one you've stepped into before, trust us. We were pleasantly surprised overall how the couple running this place used a new spin on everyday meals. Take fore example their Flank Steak Sandwich which is perfectly marinated in red wine and cola. Doesn't that sound like something unique and tasty which you'd love to sink your teeth into? A low-key spot that serves out amazing fresh breakfast and lunch options that often very with daily and weekly specials that always please. As they like to claim and we agree with, it's about cozy, craft cuisine. Essentially, this cafe is just a great, welcoming, vibrant hangout where you'll always be at ease and welcomed with a smile. They always stand by supporting local which includes farmers, retailers and other restaurants. This allows them to focus on the ingredients and allow them to shine in each dish here. That's a rare thing as most restaurants skip these key aspects the resulting low quality comes through. We are so thankful for folks such as Josh & Abbey-Jo whom have this amazing vision and provide such a great atmosphere paired with delicious fresh foods for everyone to enjoy. We can't possibly name the best items as we all have our own favorites, but surely check out the Breakfast Burrito, Biscuit and Gravy, Baked Goods and especially the great beverage selection which includes Bloody Mary's, Wine and Beers. Honestly, this is your Kansas City hot spot for a morning or brunch paradise.
