We love to find gems such as this that have both a rich history along with a tradition they stay true to. Since the late 60's, they have moved the popular Creole dishes and flavors to the sunny state of California. While the current ownership is the 3rd generations, much of what made this place so popular remains unchanged. Most people we approach whom have had the chance to visit truly do admit they fall in love. While there are many places in the west which try to do their best with Creole and southern comfort style foods, none truly do it proper justice such as Harold and Belle's. Plenty of memorabilia to take you down history which truly adds that much more appeal aside from the incredible menu. We love it all here and their fresh Oysters and Crabs cakes are a great start, Po Boys and freshly prepared Seafood dinners. While the price is slightly higher than the local spots, it's well worth every penny as the service, freshness and overall experience is top notch.
