unique street food experience that they became well know for. With almost 2 decades of experience with the food cart, it's exciting to make
the move to this spot. Famous for their handmade dumplings, they are some of the best we've come across not just in the state of Vermont but
across the world including Asia itself. Always fresh and made to order, you can always know they'll leave the doors open for you. Know as the
"Dumpling lady" going back to the food cart days, you will always be greeted by a smile and a genuine sense of appreciation when you place
