About IN A PICKLE

When they serve daytime meals such a lunch, breakfast or "brunch", then it's always on our radar. These folks don't over extend themselves, and focus on a specific menu that shines at all times. Breakfast is our personal favorite meal and when in the Waltham area, this is a no-brainer. Super welcoming and cozy atmosphere with plenty of booth seating reminiscent of an old-time diner. We truly believe you will love from the best visit you make. Opened everyday except Tuesdays, and they of course will serve you breakfast all day long. The menu is a traditional American menu which through homemade techniques and fresh, local ingredients, will bring back memories of your childhood. For those interested, the name comes from when original owner was struggling to get his restaurant off the ground and at hone point he was broke and down on his luck, hence he was in a pickle. However, luckily shortly after he found success and decided to name the place based on that experience. The pancakes here are famous and you'll see them served around the clock as they tend to draw the regulars here. Regardless.. be sure to enjoy a delicious fresh breakfast or lunch here if you're in the Boston area.
