We love a good food truck find and this is one that caught our eye from first sight. Food trucks or mobile carts tend to usually not serve
Pizza as this place does so it was a treat to try something new. The Pizza Bus as it is, really take fresh, delicious and customer service
to new meaning. Their goal from day one has always been simple, make great pizza. They specialize in Detroit style pizza which happens to
be some of the best in the world. Taking it on the road with their highly popular mobile pizzeria, the lineups around the bend a testament
of how popular and amazing they are. They take no shortcuts here as they only source the best cheese, dough, sauce and other ingredients to
truly create the perfect pie - to order. What is the characterization of a Detroit style pizza? Well you'll have to just come by and have
a slice for yourselves. But in essence, a deeper pie that is decorated with toppings from edge to edge that creates a "crown" instead of a
