Jersey Shore BBQ is located smack dab in the middle of East Brunswick and has been pushing out the freshest and award winning BBQ dishes to happy customers as far back as we can remember. With over a decade of BBQ experience in the state of Texas, Doug Walsh took his learned skills of smoking meat to the North East of the Jersey Shore. As they've told us in the past, the secret truly is quite simple at Jersey Shore BBQ - plenty of patience and time. Each meat is often prepared the day ahead with an average of 15 hours prep time.
