Without question one of our very favorite Mexican street food trucks we've ever come across. Not just for the authentic, traditional style foods you can find here but for the fact that they are 100% plant based. That's right, it's a completely pure vegan Mexican menu that is off the chains. It's all about truly delicious flavors here that are healthy and aimed to make you smile. Just the right amount of texture and flavors to create a dynamic menu which will please not just vegans, but everyone. We aren't strictly vegan by any means, but we happily choose this spot compared to any local Mexican style competitors. This cholesterol-free cuisine is prepared quickly and to order. Service here is super friendly, cute and worth the visit on it's own. The chef here is truly a master of the craft as each menu item is precisely created to create magic. It's a place you simply need to make multiple visits to, to truly take advantage of the full menu. Really impossible to choose just a single item here to recommend as we feel the full menu is fantastic. Many Mexican-favorites have been vegan-safe and it's truly incredible how they did it. The casual ambience here is also memorable. Come visit them when you're in the El Paso area - absolutely worth the visit.
