Loaf is one of the newest and hottest food trucks in the state of Tennessee that we're always pleased to visit and explore the
newest additions to their roaming menu. In their own words, Loaf is the epicness of New American Cafe on wheels. You can
experience a wonderful marriage of Memphis with Southern-Style cuisines when you visit. Ingredients are always sourced locally
and the freshest possible availability is used in each dish. One aspect we especially love about Loaf is that they always
donate all unused foods at the end of the day to the those in need. Nothing is put to waste when another can benefit from it.
At Loaf, there are plenty of diverse menu option such as Gluten Free, Plant Based, Vegetarian and more. Some highlights here
include their delicious assortment of Fried Chicken Sandwiches such as their Salsa Macha, the Black Eyed Pea Falafel, Fried
