It's a rare find to find a legit Mexican based diner in America not just in general but one that actually serves authentic and amazing Mexican
food. This one is surely a winner on our list and we'd gladly recommend their menu which includes amazing Tacos done like true Tacos are meant
to be prepared. Serving out of a retro, silver food truck - it's always fun to place your order and wait as it's prepared fresh for you in a few
short minutes. They travel around a bit so be sure to check their schedule to meet up with them. If you're like us and a true adventurous eater,
this is a food truck which you simply cannot pass up. Other popular and perfectly created Mexican dishes here include the buche, tripas, burritos,
and more. You'll always be greeted by a smile and if you're new to the cuisine, they'll happily recommend one of their most popular items for you
to try. All in all, we love food trucks mainly because of the intimate experience you have with the owners and also that the meals are always
prepared fresh to order. Nothing beats that, in our eyes at least. Come eat!
