we think it makes the food taste that much better. Opened up in 1949, for those that are from the area refer to this
legendary eatery as the cathedral of smoke! There are big lines but that usually just tells you how popular and WORTH the
wait it is. Everything here is worth the price and the drive as most will drive from all corners of Texas just to grab a
bite. We've been to so many amazing BBQ joints across the world that it's truly a charm to find a unique flavor that you
won't come across anywhere else. There's something about tradition and secret recipes that go a long way.
