With such an unmistakable name, this Italian classical diner has served up amazing authentic dishes for generations and they're waiting for you to visit next. Whether you're a fan of Italian dishes or not (how can you not be?), this will make you fall in love all over again. Try all the typical Italian classic dishes, but don't leave before trying the Thin Crust Pizza which probably put them on the map. After so many years, it's become the old-school spot to grab some great pizza and a cold refreshing drink. Opened up in 1987 by Louis Canelakes, it quickly became the hip place to be at and continues to follow that trend to this day. When you get that famous pepperoni pie here, you'll appreciate how the pepperoni curls up a bit, giving it a crispy texture and a pool of grease on it. The perfect slice. Dallas isn't too well known for Pizza, but if you ask any local they'll direct you to Louie's without hesitation - regardless of how far you have to travel. A dark and divey and interior, but we find it just perfect. They also prepare a killer martini here too, give it a try.
