What we love about Loulou's Griddle In The Middle boat-to-table (we also love farm-to-table concepts) is that it's so fresh and prepared locally in California. Nothing truly beats this practice as you know you are supporting your local community and also getting the freshest and in most cases the healthiest options available to you. You can come by Loulou's Griddle In The Middle anytime of the day to enjoy a hearty Breakfast, delicious Lunch or traditional Dinner. At Loulou's Griddle In The Middle, all menu items are very highly rated. Built in 1948, Loulou's Griddle In The Middle has been serving up classic for generations and will continue to do so for years to come. Many items on the menu are award winning. Some memorable stand outs are the Abalone Sliders, Crab Feasts and Fresh Fish. We can't forget the Oatmeal Brulee, Clam Chowder, Sand Dabs and in our opinion the freshly prepared Omelettes are a sure winner with us. However, just recently in November of 2024 out of nowhere Loulou's Griddle In The Middle had to close up shop for good. It simply wasn't feasible to continue operations for several reasons. This is still quite the shock as we never missed the change to visit the Triple-D hotspot dozens of times over the years. You will be sorely missed.
