About MAC AND ERNIE'S ROADSIDE EATERY
This classic roadside establishment is one of Tarple's best places to find a great bit to eat. A wide selection of amazing
eats include their Chicken Fried Lamb Chops with Creamy Gravy, "Cabrito" Burger and Ancho Chile Honey Basted Quail. You have
to try it to believe it! And before it slips our mind because we've had a few too many, be sure to try their house made Bloody
Mary Mix, a full sixteen ounces! It's your typical no-frills restaurant that focuses made from scratch tasty meals, with a
family type atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. You can find all of the classic American staples here, some with their own
unique twist. If there weather is nice, be sure to grab a seat outside and enjoy the great outdoors. Simply place your order
at the counter and sit back and relax. We were also impressed with their impressive seafood menu, someone quite unexpected
yet we welcomed it with open arms. Excellent food and terrific service.
