About MAMBO's CAFE
This Cuban-based family has been running this cafe diner for several generations with tremendous success
thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere paired with some of the most authentic dishes you'll come across.
The Ceviche is truly perfection, as are their Pork dishes that are always a customer favorite. Bright and
spacious location that is always inviting and sets the perfect mood to enjoy a good meal. They take care
to prepare delicious Peruvian comfort foods that always receive 5-star ratings. The meat is always very
tender and the flavors that pop in each dish make them truly unique and a satisfying experience that you'll
be sure return to. Lunch is the busy time yet the food comes out quick, fresh and hot. The mood here is
always cheery and it's nice to share the dining atmosphere with fellow foodies whom truly know where the
best food is at. The entrees here are generous in portions and we often have a herd time to finish. Some
amazing choices here include their Arroz Chaufa, Fried Plantains or our personal favorite go-to, the
Lomo Saltado. Tons of eating inside with easy parking options - this is key as many spots in the area
fail at this aspect. Great place for a date or family diner, as the portions are generous so you have
the option to share plates and in that way, get to try more of the menu when you visit here.
