Since 2015, this place has been the feel good, homestyle place to eat when in Miami. When it comes to this location, it's really all about
the best ingredients. And by that, we mean fresh, local and pure quality. Because if we don't have the right ingredients, then the final
dish is simply a failure from the start. This Peruvian establishment really is a hidden gem and most people will simpyl walk by without
noticing the magic inside. One cool story about the Mr and Mrs (Vanessa Rivera and Gian Carlo Accinelli) is that they decided to push
their wedding and instead invest in this restaurant, and aren't we glad! What makes this place also stand out from the rest is their original
dough which is a creative combination of baguette, foccacia and ciabatta to create their original CHOLO! There really are no negative things
to mention about this place.. it's the best place for a sandwich. Come hungry and with an open mind.
