Started back in 1983 by the one and only Dick Young, it has stuck true to their roots of providing the best Old World style smoked sausage and much more over decades. Smoked in-house and still using the original recipes from Dick, it's not to be missed when in Centralia. They provide a nice yet simple lunch and dinner menu to enjoy and of course take away any meats for enjoying at home. The BBQ Pork has also become a top hit here and is always on top of our list of things to have. The beer on tap here is also refreshing and one of a kind - worth a pint to pair with your meal. You can even purchase a keg size serving if you fancy, well worth the extra coin. Again, perhaps the most memorable items found here are their fresh to made sandwiches which utilize the meats from the deli within. Portions are generous and the flavors are bursting. Plenty of toppings and you'll walk away full to the brim. The Prime Rib is also an excellent choice that is cut from the best beef and prepared with perfection.
