One of our very favorite sandwich cafes that you'll come across in the historic city of Chehalis, at least we'd happily wager on
that any day of the week. Once Upon A Thyme is run by Joy and specializes creating everything on the menu fresh, from scratch.
They opened up their doors back in 2008 and have remained a staple in the community for a welcoming cafe atmosphere that will
put a smile on your face thanks to the amazing service and memorable service. The key to the success here at Once Upon A Thyme
is the focus on healthy and delicious menu items that will make you return time and time again. We also love the fact that they
are family created and run to this day. It truly sets them apart in terms of the high level of quality and unmatched service.
They truly love serving the community and it shows from the moment you enter. In house serving as well as an amazing catering
side that will make any event the best. Without question, this place is a hidden gem that everyone must stop by at least once
in their lifetimes. So many amazing lunch options found here including their Ham and Fig Sandwich, Bountiful Beef Sandwich,
Tuna Melt, stacked Reuben, plenty of delicious Soup of the Day options, Curry Chicken or the amazing Raspberry Almond Tart or a
slice of Carrot Cake for Dessert! They have plenty of Vegan and Vegetarian options as well to choose from! Plus a good option for
Tea and Coffee lovers as well, so sit back and relax.
