These guys really do BBQ well and we're happy to recommend their establishment when you're in the great city of Philadelphia. At Percy
Street Barbecue, they have their own special homemade sauces and timeless recipes that allow them to stay one step ahead of the competition.
It's no wonder they are quickly becoming a local legend. You can't really go wrong with anything on the menu, but we suggest the Pork Belly
Sandwich special that is brined for a full 12 hours before serving. Also, do try the Chopped Brisket Sandwich that is sliced to order.
However, it's come to our attention that in 2017, Percy Street Barbecue is no longer in service and permanently closed. Established in 2019,
they barely had a decade run but while they were in business, we still stand by the fact that they made a mark. Other amazing dishes that
will be surely missed from this spot include their Buttermilk Biscuits, Pecan Pie, Macaroni and Cheese in addition to the amazing Whiskey
and Bourbon selection. Philadelphia continues to have some impressive BBQ spots, but none really match what Percy built up over their short
run.
