About PROHIBITION
With the doors officially opened just a few short years ago, this upscale Bar and Grill in the heart of Denver has truly made a mark for
itself and in our eyes has a long and successful future going ahead. Prohibition provides a full and complete menu to fall in love with;
however, if you only have a chance to go just once we suggest the 12-Hour Braised Short Rib Burger. Friends, this piece of culinary magic
is simply too good to not experience at least once in your lifetimes. However, once again we have to report the sad new that the official
Colfax watering hole that has been in business since 2011 has closed it's doors permanently in the Fall of 2023. It was one of those spots
where you could sit back, relax and enjoy a great drink of your choice. While many bars exist across Denver, none truly match the atmosphere
which Prohibition held. Looking back at our previous visits, we smile when we think of their Garlic Aioli Fries, their Fancy Big Mac (A+++),
Brussels Sprouts and Chicken Sandwich, Fried Pickles and more. For those that were fortunate to visit, you're are truly blessed.
