Thanks to Chef and Owner Eric Baker partnered with Jill his wife have created this amazing Brasserie roughly a decade ago in 2012. The menu here is truly fabulous and takes a bit of influence from all across the world. It's all about giving the customer a unique surprise which they may not expect. Nothing is off the table here, even with classic dishes that have been revamped in new and exciting ways. Nothing here is predictable and you'll always be treated to a adventurous culinary experience unlike anything else you've come across before. Once again, we excited to share that these folks care deeply about locally sourced ingredients often organic and always fresh from local farms. Plenty of experience here especially from Paris under the famed Jean- Georges Vongerichten. You truly do need to come visit to explore the always evolving menu, but some memorable flavors we recall are from their Burrata Toast with Prosciutto, Pork Cheek Empanadas, Mongolian Beef Lo Mein, Duck Hash, Lobster Gnocchi and Meatballs, French Onion Soup, Rebel Cheesesteak and more! Again, it's all about the small plates concept here, hence Brasserie.
