Thanks to the imagination and passion of Chef Jorge Rojo, Ro-Ho Pork and Bread is the incredible dining spot that we strongly recommend. There is no question why Guy made his way here with his Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives crew to check out some of the best Mexican food in the city of San Antonio. With his roots from Guadalajara, Jalisco - it was always his goal to bring this street style version of Mexican food to America. We love the menu here which may appear small but has everything and anything worthwile that you may expect. Nothing is frozen or pre-made. Instead, everything you order at Ro-Ho Pork and Bread is always made to order, from scratch with love. In fact, they have recently been awarded the Best Sandwich in Texas by the illustrious Food & Wine. Opening up shop in 2015, they are well on their way to a decade of success and beyond. Lots to choose from here at Ro-Ho Pork and Bread, but from our experience some standouts remain their ChillaKillers, Jamaica Flavored Margarita, Tort Ahogada, Taco Al Pastor, Pork Butt Carnitas, Crispy Cracklings, Mixed Nachos and Gringa Tacos. Great spot in Texas for some true, authentic Mexican grub that will make you smile. Check them out when nearby.
