We love a good brewery, especially ones which put a solid genuine effort in to providing a full menu as well. A drink is nice on it's own, but any true foodie fully realizes that the pairing of a good beer, ale, etc with the right meal is true heaven. These guys are known for their four local beers in addition to their incredible season ales. Glenn Brady, the owner has perfect, personally each beer, and he takes the craft personally as he truly pours his heart and soul in to every creation. Be sure to check out their Copper Creek Amber Ale, Coldfoot Pilsner Lager, Pick Axe Porter and our personal favorite, Fairbanks Lager! It's a super clean and cozy spot and the staff here treat you with the upmost respect - always courteous and polite. Plenty of great starters to share or some incredible entrees if you have more time. Located at the airport, it's truly convenient and fairly priced!
