Smoke'N Ash BBQ in Arlington is truly a one-of-a-kind establishment as it combines the flavors of
Ethiopia with Texas barbecue at it's finest. Owners Patrick and Fasicka Hicks combine their background of Addis Ababa with Waco to create one
heck of an exciting menu that will impress every BBQ foodie out there. Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives took their crew to visit Smoke'N Ash BBQ and
was highly impressed with the assortment - and you will be also. Their humble beginnings on this culinary journey started off as a weekend only
smoker trailer and with hard work and passion for their craft, they were able to open shop on S Cooper street where they currently reside. This
is your shot at trying out some delicious South African dishes paired with Arlington in perfect foodie harmony. We also appreciate that the
owner will make their rounds to make sure the service is perfect and customers are more than satisfied. Lots of great food here and some of our
faves from our most recent visits include their Sweet Potato Pie, BBQ Platter, Brisket, Mac n Cheese, massive Tex-Ethiopian plate, Beefy Collard
Greens and so much more. Give these folks a shot, well worth every penny!
