It's a fresh idea that has been labeled as a fast casual concept restaurant, and trust us when we tell you it's the hottest spot in Moorhead today. A great assortment of street food style meals that have an excellent Mexican base. Community sustainability is a very key factor here and they make sure that all ingredients are locally sourced and used in their dishes to provide the freshest and healthiest option around. Supporting local farmers and businesses is what makes the city of Moorhead thrive and these folks are at the forefront of that crusade. Some of the most popular dishes you will find here include their Wings which we must admit, are truly out of this world in both size and quality. Others such as the Fried Chicken Tacos, Dumplings, Humus Plate, Salmon Melt and ohh so much more! It's also a great aspect that the amazing Junkyard Brewery is literally right next door and they allow you to bring items from one to the other. Again, food quality here is tremendous but we also praise the friendly and quick service at Sol Ave Kitchen also. It's all about these small town treasures that we're so excited to come across and have the chance to share with our readers. The lunch and dinner options here are the best and again, the brewery next door is just the finishing touch that you've been looking for.
